Infinitis Next-Gen QX60 Crossover Teased with Concept Photo
  • infiniti has released this teaser image of a qx60 concept that it's calling the qx60 monograph.
  • infiniti will unveil the qx60 monograph concept in full on its website on september 24 at 8 p.m. et.
  • the next-generation qx60 is expected in late 2020 or early 2021.

ahead of unveiling the full redesign of the qx60, infiniti has released this teaser image of the qx60 monograph concept, hinting at what infiniti will do with the next-generation version of its three-row crossover. a completely updated version is coming, perhaps in the next several months, although infiniti has not yet released details about it.

the teaser photo only goes as far as to reveal the head-on shape of the vehicle, but what we can see is already a departure from the current qx60. the led accent lighting that runs across the top of the headlights shows they are narrow but more horizontal, and it appears the other leds wrapping the headlights on the current model are gone. the infiniti logo is also illuminated, something the outgoing qx60 lacks.

details are sparse on what the production version of the qx60 has in store, but we speculate that the crossover will drop its continuously variable transmission in favor of a conventional automatic. and given that this redesign will mark a new generation for the qx60, we also expect its aging interior to get a vast upgrade.

on september 24 at 8 p.m. et, infiniti will unveil the qx60 monograph on its website, which will give us a good glimpse into what to expect for the upcoming new model.
