in global markets outside the u.s., the ranger raptor is powered by a 210-hp twin-turbocharged 2.0-liter diesel inline-four. paxpower, however, didn't want to use what it called the "puny" diesel, so for the ranger raptor it's using a beefed-up version of the ranger's turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-four. the houston-based tuner hasn't told us what else it has done to the four-cylinder, only that it will produce around 350 horsepower thanks to an sct performance tune.
the exterior looks very raptor-like, and that's because paxpower used actual ranger raptor parts straight from ford. included is a raptor grille with a light bar and raptor front fascia, fender flares, bedsides, tailgate, and taillights. it even has raptor-like decals on the rear fenders. the example pictured is painted in f-150 blue jean metallic and is fitted with add offroad stealth fighter bumpers, icon wheels, and toyo r/t tires.
raptor trucks are meant to be off-road monsters, so this build wouldn't be complete without a badass suspension upgrade to support it. every paxpower ranger raptor comes installed with a bajakits prerunner long-travel suspension system and king 2.5 front coil-overs and rear shocks.
