- ford shared three close-up images of the upcoming 2021 bronco and a logo covered in mud on instagram today.
- they join other computer-generated teases on the social account, including a plethora of off-road-related stickers.
- the ford bronco will be unveiled at 8:00 p.m. et on monday, july 13. at that point, we’ll see the rest of the upcoming 4x4.
if you thought ford’s marketing department was going to take a break on friday night ahead of the bronco debut on monday, you'd be wrong. the bronco instagram account has been populated not only with a grid image, but also with detail shots of the upcoming suv's headlights, tailgate, and possible door frame.
the headlight detail includes a clean view of the horizontal light strip that is likely to become an iconic symbol of the vehicle. the tailgate gets a bit of love in the second image with the taillight seen in all its protruding glory, while finally the bronco name makes an appearance in a spectacular shade of yellow, in what appears to be the door frame.
as with the rest of the teaser images ford has been dropping on its instagram page, these are computer renderings. while not actual photos of an actual bronco, they are a good indication of what we'll see on monday night when the automaker finally unveils the 4x4.
the images join a series of posts that include the bronco logo covered in mud, dirt, and dust and grid of stickers with well known off-roading locations, various bronco-themed images, and general off-roading imagery. if you weren't sure the bronco was being marketed as a vehicle for crawling over terrain and living an outdoorsy life, you know now.
will ford take the weekend off and stop posting these images to its instagram page? unlikely. between now and when we see the actual suv, just be prepared for more computer-generated images to keep the bronco hype going.
