the facelifted 2021 chrysler pacifica is getting an all-wheel-drive option, a first for a chrysler minivan since 2004. but demand for awd minivans is huge, especially in the northern united states and canada, so chrysler will start offering a few 2020 pacificas in awd launch edition guise that send power to all four wheels.
all-wheel drive will only be available on the 2020 pacifica awd launch editions, though. it's an all-new model meant to introduce the awd platform, and it'll even be able to retain the stow 'n go rear seats, a huge storage advantage.
