And just what brands garnered all that time and attention from car shoppers on ? Ford dominated car shoppers' attention, coming in at No. 1. It was followed closely by Chevrolet in second place, Toyota in third and Jeep in fourth, with Honda rounding out the top five.

Based on site activity, shoppers love pickup trucks. The top three shopped vehicles in 2017 were the Ford F-Series, Chevrolet Silverado and Ram pickups.
