approximately 437,000 model-year 2016-18 acura mdx suvs, model-year 2015-19 tlx sedans and model-year 2015-17 honda accord sedans, all equipped with 3.5-liter v-6 used engine

the problem: particulates in fuel may adhere to the internal components of the fuel pump, reducing its performance, which can result in an used engine stall, increasing the risk of crash.

acura manufacturer honda said it has received no reports of crashes or injuries related to this issue.

the fix: dealers will update the fuel-injection used engine control unit software and, if necessary, replace the fuel pump, for free.
